How many hours a day do you usually sleep for? Do you sleep for 4-6 hours? What about 6-8 or maybe 8-10 hours a day? Do you take any naps on a daily basis?

For me, I generally sleep about 8-10 a days.

I sleep for 3-6 hours most nights.

Due to suffering from fibromyalgia, I tend to have nights where I can shut off and sleep and then there are nights I just can't due to either pain or just not being able to shut off. It's a pain when I run into issues sleeping especially when I am very tired.

I always aim for around 6 - 8 hours of sleep at night but that can prove difficult sometimes and usually results in a nap or even just sleeping during the day to have some sleep.

It's roughly 6 hours during the week and usually 8-9 hours on the weekend, I really need to find a normal sleep schedule :(

I normally sleep 7 to 9 hours every day. I've very happy for it because this makes me feel so healthy when I wake up in the morning. Whenever I don't sleep well at night, I will be dizzy all day.
