Tom Aspinal suffered double eye poke injuries in his last UFC fight against Cyril Gane back in the first round of their undisputed heavyweight title fight at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi on 25th October 2025. Since then, Tom Aspinal have had different surgeries but not yet cleared to fight and he recently relinquished the undisputed UFC Heavyweight Championship on 14th September 2026 because of that.
