For me, when I’m having a tough day, listening to one of my favorite songs can instantly make me feel better.

What about you? What helps you feel better when you're having a tough day?
 
To be fair @Cpvr buddy I’m the same if I’m having a rough day I will just stick my Spotify favourite playlist and just listen to it
 
Just sitting on the floor, leaning against the couch.

While you may think sitting on the couch would be more comfortable, there's just something about leaning against it to the side that feels more comforting, as weird as it sounds, like I'm leaning against someone who is sharing the same day with me.

my husband comes home with dinner and beer. ahhhhh

oh, one more thing, i receive my ACH earlier then i expected from a poker site....sweeeet...lol

thats instand tho is it not? or you play poker and watch....? sound distracting..I would focus on one or the other....

When I receive my ACH earlier because it's a weekend of Federal holiday is makes me feel good too. :-P

Then I realize I owe on a loan, but then realize I save about $15-20 in interest because I can pay it 2-3 days earlier, so I feel better cause I can spend $20 more that day.
 
I order this whiskey/caramel candle on Amazon. It really relaxes me at the end of the day. I buy a couple a month.
 
When I am having a tough day, listening to music, talking to my other half, and spending time with my kids and family always helps me feel better.

Playing video games is also another option if I have the time.
 
Hugging my wife makes me feel better on tough days. I also like to watch interesting movies to escape from my worries. It helps me relax and forget about what's bothering me.
 
Getting a hug from a family member or listening to some electronic music.
 
Two bottles of chilled Heineken beer and a pack of cigarettes! That's enough for me to clear my mind of stress.
