What’s your hell no rule in life?

For me, it’s a hard no to trusting those that cheat. It’s a hell no matter what.

Lying, cheating, or stealing.

If they can't have the moral compass to avoid doing those 3 things, who knows what else they're capable of?

I agree. Stealing is one thing that I can’t stand. I don’t like thieves.
That, along with lying and cheating, are core attributes of a person that you shouldn't be associated with in any way.

I hate thieves. Been stolen from me with a good amount of money missing.

The most recent was when some "nice lady" asked me to cash her $1800 stimulus check because she didn't have access to a bank. I said I would, but would wait until it cleared before I gave her the money, and she agreed. Well, the check cleared my bank. However, about 90 days later, the US Treasury reported back that the check was already cashed, so my bank deducted $1800. I was furious at my bank for clearing a check, but I suppose there's a second clearing process, for federal checks at least. You live, you learn.

That's messed up. Why would the bank clear the cheque in the first place? Whose fault is that?
A 'nice' lady indeed, so much for helping people.

I have no idea. I think it had to do with the US Treasury coming back and saying it was previously cashed. I don't know why my bank couldn't request that from the US Treasury, but I assume it's not like a bank-to-bank check where companies can interact much easier to ensure a good check.

It sucked anyway.

I absolutely will not tolerate bullying, cheating, or lying in my life at all. I feel anyone who can bully, cheat or lie to you, especially a close friend or family member is not someone I want to be associated with.
