Early I had a lamb curry garlic naan chips fish pakoras chicken tikka platters of chicken wings salad with some Pepsi max and a couple of Smirnoff ice
And not long ago I just had a cheese red onion sandwich

White rice was the last thing that I ate. I also had a Diet coke with it.

Boneless fried chicken and gyoza that I had as leftovers from last night.

I ended up eating pre-made French Toast (fresh in packs) along with a protein drink for lunch. :-\

I should've went with a meat, but I spoiled myself.
