Almost every gambler is guilt of chasing losses. I do chase losses but i have realized that it easy way to waste bankroll. Losing brings pressure, emotional instablity and mental confusion. In such state or situation the best thing a player will do for himself to quit and take a nap!
A gambler needs to be emotional stable before playing or gambling.

Chasing loses is bad and it can make you spend more than you can afford with the goal that you’ll get back all what you’ve lost. The habit usually culminates into financial burden and sometimes emotional turmoil

The danger of chasing losses in gambling is that you are more likely to lose more as you keep chasing the losses. A friend of mine lost $400 because he was trying to recover an initial $50 that he lost. He kept on staking, losing, raising the stakes to recover his increasing losses till the $400 he had in his account finished.

It's very likely you'll lose it all if you chase your loses playing poker, or gambling in general. Maybe lucky once in awhile.
