The life of a poker player is all about learning with every play. Even when you've watched a couple of videos on how to play poker, getting involved is always a different ball game.

When it comes to handling your bankroll, what is a bitter lesson that you learnt from experience?

You will go broke, if you don't follow bankroll management.

There'll be times where you'll run good, and I've ignored bankroll management in the past, more than I would like to admit. The last few years since I've been more strict on bankroll management. I haven't experienced a losing month playing online poker since I won't let myself break management. I had to learn many hard lessons to finally follow through with building my bankroll the right way.

It's just like playing sports bet where a player choose only big odds and playing with all they have, it's likely going to cut and all that money gone.

This is the same thing with not getting your bankroll management in check when playing poker because of greed to win big, the whole money is as good as gone, bye bye.

The biggest lesson I learnt is hinking one lucky streak I had made me smarter overnight. That was a very costly mistake. After winning consistently for some sessions, my confidence got into another level and i started playing bigger than my bankroll could comfortably handle.
