One of my favourite meals to make is a risotto.
I haven't had a risotto in a while, and I can't wait to have a risotto again.

My favourite meal to make would have to be bacon pasta which I make every once in a while for the family. I always make my own sauce and with the smoked bacon added, it gives an amazing flavour and is a huge hit in my family
