Good customer service is a must for me in any poker site I would be interested in making use for my games. If the customer service support isn't reliable and trustworthy to be prompt in responding and resolving issues, I wouldn't care about using the poker site's services.

The worst experience with customer service I had was with ACR Poker when I started promoting them again, they closed my affiliate account with hundreds of players I sent them, and I was collecting revenue monthly off those accounts.

I'm still upset about losing my affiliate account. I will never partner with them again. It's in their terms of service that they can remove affiliate accounts whenever they no longer value the partnership.

Of all the poker sites I have used in the past, I can't say that I have had a bad experience at all with any of their customer service. I can see how some people would have though and it's always a shame to have to deal with bad customer service.

Yean, you do not think much about it until you need to use them and they do not respond, give generic message, or just plain do know (or care) what the hell they are talking about even when you point things out with screenshots, etc to them, especially troubleshooting, as I could not play on BCP unless I was wireless connection, that was the final fix, talk about frustrating.

This is a very bad one. This is why I make sure confirm that any poker site that I use are reliable and trustworthy when it comes to paying after winning. I'm so sorry for what they did to you.

To that answer I gotta say ACR was soo rubbish I had a argument with the CEO of the stormers I’m thinking of naming and shaming him I said bad words about Justin Kelly to the CEO of the stormers that was it5payday aka Adam
And after that I would say that ACR is a bad customer service

I completely agree with you on that. I am looking for a poker site with responsive customer service. I’ve had my fair share of a terrible site's support team. They took over 48 hours to respond to my query, and when they did, they didn't even resolve the issue. That's pathetic.
