When I go through downswings, I try not to panic or change my strategy too quickly. I focus on playing the same solid decisions. I believe that short-term results don’t define long-term play.

This one is the real test of discipline. What helps me in such situation is reviewing hands instead of staring at the results. If the decision was correct, I move on. The moment you start changing a winning strategy because of short-term losses, that's when the problem starts. Ive seen people turn a small downswing into a disaster just because they stopped trusting their process.

Downswings are part of poker so I focus on making good decisions rather than short-term results. I review hands, stick to proper bankroll management, and avoiding emotional changes to my strategy.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
