http://Bets.io withheld $15,148 from my withdrawal

Hello,

Writing this to share what happened to me on http://bets.io and to find others with the same problem.

I deposited $20,000 USDC. After playing blackjack my balance was $21,148.

I asked to withdraw my full balance. They only returned $6,000 and kept $15,148.

They gave no evidence. At first the support said I broke a betting rule. Later they said my country is restricted. I am from the Czech Republic. On their own Terms page, the Czech Republic is not listed as restricted.

I asked many times for my bet history and for the exact rule I broke. They refused to show it. They only said the decision is final and closed the chat.

I opened complaint cases on Casino Guru and on Casinomeister. http://bets.io ignored both complaints.

I have all the proof - TXIDs, full chat logs and screenshots.

Did anyone manage to get money back from them?

How on earth did you put 20 grand on a site that you didnt research?
Anyways, that’s water under the bridge and since they gave you the runner around your 30 day window is now closed, but you can still trace the crypto wallet transaction you won’t be able to recover anything but you’ll be able to report it but then on another sad note, you’ve kind of set yourself up for a recovery scam so do not pay anyone a penny to recover your money because that is not going to happen…

Track the Funds for Law Enforcement..
Because it has been five months, the crypto has likely been moved.

• Action: Put the transaction hash into a blockchain explorer.
• The Goal: Trace where the funds went. If they eventually hit a major centralized exchange (like Binance or OKX), that exchange holds the real-world identity (KYC) of the wallet owner. File a report with your local cybercrime unit (like ic3.gov in the US) with these wallet tracking details.
