I think it's emotional control. It's not even bluffing, nor about math. Not the fancy strategies. It's just emotional control. I've watched good players destroy themselves after one bad beat. That could be very frustrating.
 
For me, it's emotional control. Strategy matters, but being able to stay calm after bad beats, avoid tilt, and keep making solid decisions under pressure has a bigger impact than any specific technical skill. Without that, everything else becomes harder to apply consistently.
 
The most important skill, in ny opinion, is decision-making. You're not going to win every hand, but if you consistently make good decisions with the information you have, you might get favourable results .
